We work with all the leading warranty providers including Premier, NHBC, LABC and many more. Information on your property warranty provider and specific policy can be found in your homeowner manual. Your warranty is split into two periods; the defects insurance period, which covers the first two years; and the structural insurance period which covers years three to ten. Our Featherstone homes Customer Care warranty covers the defects insurance period, the first two years in your new home. The development will comprise four new blocks of 5-9 storeys situated close to two mainline train stations within 5 minute rail journeys of London Bridge and Canary Wharf.
