10 Year New Home Warranty
Every Featherstone Homes property comes with a 10-year structural warranty, ensuring peace of mind for homeowners.
We work with all the leading warranty providers including Premier, NHBC, LABC and many more. Information on your property warranty provider and specific policy can be found in your homeowner manual.
Your warranty is split into two periods; the defects insurance period, which covers the first two years; and the structural insurance period which covers years three to ten.
Our Featherstone homes Customer Care warranty covers the defects insurance period, the first two years in your new home.
